I've been using these specific prompts designed for ADHD brains and it's wild. Like, I paste the prompt when I'm frozen, it asks me one question, and then walks me through the thing step by step. No 10-step plan. No motivation speech. Just "can you do this one tiny thing right now?"
My favorite is the "RSD Reset" — for when someone doesn't reply and my brain decides to write a whole narrative about it.
